She is Daughter of a great freedom fighter who is affectionately called "SARDAR" late Gouthu Latchanna. She is post graduation from Andhra University and was selected as Group-1 officer for Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and she served on several senior positions in and out of Andhra Pradesh as regional Employment officer, Ex-Director S.C. Corporation to name a few she is instrumental in starting this NGO "GLOW". She showed the way to serve the society.
Born in agricultural family of Gunturu District. After words he shifted from there to Visakhapatnam and started his own industrial unit as a Ancillary to steel plant. After successfull Industrial career he shifted his focus for society development and down trodden upliftment.
Chief mentor for "GLOW". He is actively involved in many social activities. He did his B Tech (Mechanical), M.B.A (Marketing) and Bachelor Of Law from Andhra University. With his philanthropic ideas many novel initiatives are adopted. At present he is the Chairman for Rotary Club Visakhapatnam South functioning at Gajuwaka.
Mr. Sivaji has got his Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology. Later he committed him self for developing the society. He served as Back-ward classes minister and Tourism minister for Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. He served as member of Legislative Assembly for Andhra Pradesh Continuously for 25 years.He was successfully elected as MLA for 6 terms from Srikakulam District. His vision towards Back-ward classes and rural education is helping the organization.
Business is his profession. Service to the society is his passion. He is instrumental in a Homeo clinic which is running at Gajuwaka Auto Nagar and at Gajuwaka Chaitanya Nagar for the past 18 years.
He did B.Com graduate from Andhra University. He plays a key-role in organizing the activities of GLOW
She did M. sc graduate from Andhra University.
He did M.Com graduate from Andhra University. At present serving as a chief accountant officer at Sardar Projects (P)Ltd. He is the crucial person in taking the ideology of "GLOW" to the public.
